New chemicals proposed for Annex I and V of the PIC Regulation – applicable 1st October 2026

The new chemicals intended to be subject to the PIC Regulation as of 1st October 2026 can be viewed in the Annex to the draft Delegated Act which is currently under scrutiny of the European Parliament and of the Council.

ECHA will update ePIC database once the scrutiny period is finished and after the publication of the amendment in the Official Journal.
