ECHA will be closed on 9 May due to public holiday. Please note that no queries will be addressed on these days. The PIC team will resume working on Monday 12 May.
Safety data sheets in accordance with REACH

Requirements of REACH for safety data sheets (REACH Annex II) were amended by the Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/878 in June 2020. Safety data sheets provided after 31 December 2022 have to be in the format according to latest version of Annex II to REACH.
Article 17 of the PIC Regulation provides that a safety data sheet in accordance with REACH should be sent together with the shipment of the chemical/product and therefore exporters are invited to use the same, up-to-date version of the SDS for export notifications too.
